Curriculum
Orland Unified School District adopted a new curriculum for K through 5 classrooms beginning in the 2017-18 school year. As a school district serving elementary students, Orland chose from a list of "State Approved" curriculum. The teachers, principals and external experts engaged in an extensive process using a rubric to score and select the best fit for the student of OUSD. At the December 15th Meeting of the Board of Trustees, the administration announced the two adopted curriculums:
